The certified system complies with all rules,as established in the international norms of ISO 9001: 200, and as concerning medicine in the EU, the guidelines on good distribution practice of medicinal products for human use.( 94/C63/03 )
The first purpose of the quality management system is to improve constantly the internal company processes as a result of constant company quality improving.
Te second purpose of the quality management system is to optimise the service to the customer.
D-Care B.V. maintains an organisation which is focussed on the demands of the customer, with the objective to improve the customers satisfaction.
This contents that methods, procedures and needs being deployed, who answer the actual knowledge in the areas of healthcare and rules and instructions.
The quality management system of D-Care has enough flexibility to fulfil specific demands of its customers.
All personal of D-Care have the obligation to work conform the requirements of the quality management system, and the duty to report failing.
The board is responsible for its realization and maintenance of the quality management system.
The board takes arrangements, which are necessary to ensure the quality of the products.
The board supervises the effectiveness and constantly improvement of the quality management system, and detents and uses all necessary resources and infrastructure in time.
