The filter with filter pad filters the exhaled air and excess aerosol to prevent contamination of the ambient air.
Valve reeds on the filter and inhaling valve of the nebuliser promote efficient long-term nebulisation.
Only the filter pad needs to be replaced; the remaining parts are autoclavable, making them economical and hygienic.
The PARI filter/valve set
- fits the PARI LC PLUS and PARI LC STAR nebulisers
- recommended when inhaled medication should not be allowed to escape into the surrounding air
The filter pad should be replaced after each use.
All parts (except filter pad) are
- dishwasher-safe, can be desinfected in boiling water, chemically/thermally disinfected and autoclaved
- reusable and recyclable, i.e. environmentally compatible
